Today was Jack's birthday. They had a special Halloween puppet show at school. Ms. Monica reported to us that Jack sat in the front row laughing the whole time. Charlie seemed to enjoy it too and wasn't afraid like many of his classmates. Grandma and Mommy brought in cupcakes for afternoon snack and all of Jack's friends sang "Happy Birthday" to him.
We also celebrated Jack's birthday at home - our big 4-year-old. Charlie has been singing "Happy Birthday" a lot lately. It started out about a month ago when he would sing, "Happy... to you!" But now he knows all of the words. You can see him leaning in to blow out Jack's candles in the picture below.
