This is one of two times that I was able to get this Dorothy costume on Josie. Both times, she grabbed the shoulder straps and pulled hard enough to pull the dress off and down around her waist. Well, that's not going to work. And I even got her the cute little shoes. Oh well.
Grandma brought down some old costumes like this clown costume that she used to wear to my school carnival when I was a kid.
In the afternoon, we went to the Wings Over Houston air show. It was SO HOT! We walked down the displays and back and then went to sit in the car for a while to cool off. Then we watched the USAF
Thunderbirds from the parking lot. We had a good time, but it sure would have been nice if it wasn't 90 degrees.
